I use a password vault app, but keep a xref list of the names in my wallet

low risk stuff I have the site address, etc in the app, but for financial and such I have a code word in the app and the name and address written on a card in my wallet (a backup in the house). Also use different user names on each.

Financial sites I have system generated strong passwords that I copy and paste from the app.

While I love the convenience of the password vault apps, I assume they are likely the biggest target of hackers there is given the potential return if they can be breached. Like we saw with the solarwinds breach, the smallest oops in an endless link of potential oopses can lead to a breach.
